Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances, orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. However, processing times may be longer during peak order times such as holidays or during sales.

SHIPPING TIMES:

North America: 5-7 business days after the typical 48-72 hour processing time.

Honey & Co. will work hard to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact customer service at info@honeyandcomarket.com if you have any concerns with the status of your order.

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

All orders under $75.00 will be charged $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping. 

All orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping. 

*All packages will be shipped using USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or a similar service that falls within the shipping estimates provided. All Customers will receive a tracking number for every package sent. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Honey & Co. is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have left our care. However, we are happy to help investigate if you still have not received your package after being marked delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please alert us via email with any relevant information. Honey & Co. will then file a claim with the postal service on your behalf. Please keep in mind that we will also involve law enforcement in the event that theft has occurred. 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY:

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Honey & Co. will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your selected items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items in boxes, linen bags, etc. need to be in their original packaging. We cannot accept any open, used, or tested products.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@honeyandcomarket.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please keep in mind that no refund will be issued if the item has been found to be opened or used in any way. 

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

- Clearance/Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Mystery scents are also final sale and cannot be returned.
